• Building - Air Condition on every floor which will automatically be switched off once you open a window or door. Parking for every apartment on the Atrium Blue premises. Sat TV in the living room area. 2 bathrooms and 1 kitchen.

• Internet - Free WiFi with password

• Food/Drinks - We will put together a wish list where you can tick off what kind of bakery goods you would like to get delivered to your front door every morning. Arrangement and payment will be directly with Danijela. Extra wishes, like Water, are of course negotiable with her.

• Activities - We partner with local people with several offering from boat trips over fishing trips, quads, jetski and many more. Just talk to us, if you are interested.
  On a white board (which we will install in the upcoming weeks) you will find planed activities for the week. There will be boat trips, fishing trips and so on. Every activity has a min and a max number of participants.

• Vouchers - According to availability you will find several vouchers in your room with offers or discounts for a selection of restaurants or shops in Razanac or Zadar. Enjoy the meal and have fun.

• Laundry - Depending on her availability and time you can arrange with Danijela to wash your private laundry. Arrangements and payments are to be made with Danijela direct. Guets with a stay for 2 weeks or longer will get fresh towels and bedsheets automatically after 1 week.

• Toys and Beach Fun - You will find a selection of little toys and beach fun stuff. These are for everybody in Atrium Blue and free of charge. Please bring them back once you finished playing with it, so that others can use them as well. We offer for different rates different stand-up-paddles. From standard SUP, over a super size SUP (up to 6 people) to the latest invention from California, a SUP with Pedals and handlebar.

• Environment Protection - You will notice that we put a lot of effort (and money) into environment protection and we kindly ask and urge you to support us. As usual in Croatia there is no public canalization. In almost every house, the waste water goes just into a sump which needs to be drained at least once a month. We did it differently. We built a self regulation, biological clarification plant (underground). We urge you not to dump waste, food or even bigger parts into the toilette.
  All illumination is made of LED lamps. Please help us and save energy. Our plan for the near future is to install a solar system for electrical energy and water heating. The infrastructure (wiring and tubes) are already installed.
  The entire building has a modern, expensive isolation. All windows have fly screens. Therefore it would be absolutely good enough to tilt the windows over night and leave them closed during the day. Please try that and prevent using the air condition. It is a resource killer.
